"These guys are awesome. They always do top-notch work, every time. Here's the story: I had an alternator replaced by another mechanic shop, in my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. I took it to Shelby Car-Aid for a completely unrelated issue, shortly after, and they were courteous enough to inform me that the other mechanic shop had installed the wrong alternator for my style of vehicle. This led to me to return to the other mechanic shop, where they admitted their mistake, installed the correct alternator, and reimbursed me for a serpentine belt I'd purchased due to their error. If the guys are Shelby Car-Aid didn't inform me of the incorrect alternator installation, my Jeep would likely be totaled by now (or at the very least, I would be out much more money due to sheer incompetence). But thanks to Shelby Car-Aid's thorough inspections and consideration for their customers, the old 99' Cherokee will still see a few more years. At other times, they've done a tune-up for me, and they even fixed my back latch for me during an appointment that was unrelated to the latch being stuck. If you want to be taken care of properly when you're vehicle is having issues, take it to these guys. I'd never dream of going to another mechanic after experiencing the quality of service they offer."

"I had a loud sort of grinding coming from my passenger front tire, I took my vehicle in and they found there was something wedged in between some parts of the wheel, while they could have charged me for unnecessary things they were honest and only charged me for the inspection and removal of the material. I respect this business and will use them in the future for their professionalism and honesty."
