"This was my very first visit to skymint. Upon arriving I gave my ID to the cashier at the front he said “you’re all set” me not ever visiting here before didn’t know where to go. I walked to the back which looks like another checkout area, so I stood there for a minute and then realized I have to go further back to another area. Got my pick up order and then left. After getting home I realized I never got my free item for being a first time customer(I shouldn’t have to ask) I would’ve starred them higher but when I go to a dispensary for the first time I base a lot of my happiness with the ease of the experience."
