He also helped me carry heavy boxes and items to a different spot in my home or out to the curb for trash day. He helped me set up a very heavy shelf and move items onto it. The work was completed in under an hour. The prices were reasonable and I was happy to pay them for their work. It's a huge weight off my chest. "I hired Ace Handyman services to remove an existing vanity and install a new one, including requisite new plumbing. Setting up a time with dispatch was easy, and confirmed information through texts. Due to a delivery delay, I needed to reschedule and we handled it all via a few text messages. Day of service, I received a link introducing the handyman and tracking their ETA. Very helpful! The handyman who came out was a gem, courteous and hardworking. He got right down to disassembling my vanity with assistance from a second man, and they carried everything out to the curb for trash pickup. Installation took the quoted 3 hours, with added benefits of minimized refuse/recycling that was all gathered up and ready to be taken out. They confirmed the new vanity arrived intact (minor shipping damage occurred) and made some small alterations due to the wonky plumbing in the house. At every step of the way, they consulted with me to confirm cuts or let me know what was up. I couldn't ask for better. If you need something done, a larger project or a tricky one, then look no further. They're backed by our local Ace franchises, and bring professionalism and quality input."

"6/26: He was very nice and respectful. He Was not very experienced with Google install. I helped with the online instructions. I Paid $195 for service call. We did not have the wall plate to be installed with unit. Still need that installed. 6/29: Tech returned to install the wall plate. He still was unsure even after following the schematic instructions. This made what should’ve been a 15 minute visit a 30 minute visit, now costing another $60. I’m trying to save on energy bill, but at what cost? Next time, I’ll read the instructions and I’ll install things myself. Too expensive."
