"I asked for assistance fixing my outdoor light. Scott arrived late, went shopping for a new bulb, which I already told Kelly what I needed. He shopped for 30 minutes, replaced the bulb. He said it had power coming to it. He placed a towel over the sensor and it did not work. Well he apologized and left. $171.00 dollars , I still don’t have a light that works. No resolutions or suggestions, he left. Thank you for your service."
