"I brought my car to this shop, I got a phone call later in the day with a price for the work (parts and labor) when I went to pay the young man working the register told me a different price $150 more than what was said over the phone. I requested to see the print out of the work and he said “I can get it after I pay.” I said no I would like it now he said that’s not how it works on their system. I needed my car and didn’t have time to mess around so I paid. On the print out there was no parts listing or labor pricing, just one line of text with some vague description of the work with the new price next to it. I walked out frustrated and muttered something as I was leaving and the young man behind the desk escalated the situation and acted like he wanted to physically fight. Two weeks later my suspension broke and I took my car to another shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE."

"I found a hole in my tire and called up to see if they would be able to help (it was getting close to closing time). Matt said he could take a look at it so I brought it in and he was able to patch the hole. He stayed a few minutes after closing and didn't even charge me for the repair. The place I typically take my car to has been pretty shady in the past, it was so refreshing to not only not get ripped off but to also have such great service. Thank you for your kindness, Matt!"
