"Ive only had two experiences with Lume but each time was by far great. I must say that the customer service there both times have by far topped my other option for a dispensary in my home town. Everyone seemed pleasant and happy to help...It didn't matter if I had one question or 50... They were happy to help and if they didn't know they answer or were uncertain they took the time to look or help find a resolution. On top of it.. I wasn't left feeling like I was a problem in there day... One last thing is my second encounter was with a lovely lady named Wendy. She really took her time to accommodate my every need and trust me .. I had a few and then some .. she was more than happy to do so and really helped me out... The amount of time that she took to be accommodating and help me with ..and allwith a pleasant attitude meant a lot to me❤️ I think Wendy's Boss needs to know what a valuable employee they have working for them..
