"This is not the first time I have had issues with this dry cleaner, but I decided to give them another chance. I asked for my clothes to be ready by Friday as I have an event to attend the next day. They told to come after 1pm, but before 2pm (they close at 2pm). I walk in there at 1:50pm, the lady tells me the clothes are not here, their driver wont be here until 2:30pm, and they close at 2pm. I am not sure how that is my problem, as I specifically said I need my dry-cleaning by friday because I have an event the next day. The lady calls the driver, asks when he is going to be there with my dry cleaning, then proceeded to talking to the driver about a completely different matter while I am waiting for her response, btw the conversation seemed to be unrelated to work. Finally she hangs up the phone, says “we close at 2:00pm I guess I will have to stay until 2:30pm and wait for the driver”. I had to go back to work, I didn’t have time to wait 40min for her driver to get there. She was Completely unprofessional, I am never going back there. My dry-cleaning was $50, she didn’t even offer me a discount for the inconvenience and for making me drive there twice."
"They were very helpful and accommodating. My son needed a suit cleaned quickly so they rushed it for us. When we forgot to pick it up before their closing time, they were gracious enough to wait a few minutes for my son to rush there. We were so appreciative!"
"Multiple times I have dropped off my dry cleaning first thing in the morning and was assured I would have it back the same day only to not have it back the same day. Found another place to go to but decided to try this place again. Took in my suit and a few dress shirts that I needed for my business trip and was assured I would have everything back today only to have just the suit back and not the dress shirts. Please don't make promises you can't keep. They do not actually have same day service, they just have excuses as to why they couldn't get your clothes back on the same day."
