"I could not be more impressed and pleased. The work and experience with this business exceeded my expectations. Called on a Saturday and spoke with Mike. I was surprised and happy to hear he would be able to send somebody out on Monday for a quote and be ready to do the work if we agreed. Joe worked with my schedule on Monday and showed up early. The quote was extremely fair, and they were able to do the work right on the spot. The carpets came out really clean. They even cleaned my door mat on way out. There were a few tough spots in dark carpeting that reappeared which I was told may happen. I called back a few days later, and Joe came back promptly within an hour and touched them up. "We had our carpets and two area rugs cleaned. I called on a Friday and spoke with Mike. He was extremely responsive and scheduled us for the following Monday. He gave us a courtesy call one hour prior to our appointment. Joe and Eric arrived exactly on time. They were friendly and thorough as we walked through the house. We explained our problem areas, and they gave extra attention to those spots. They even cleaned our entry mat as a courtesy at no extra charge. We have a small sectional sofa, which they lifted out of the way and cleaned underneath. Other companies we have used clean around the sofa, but not underneath. Joe and Eric were also great with our dog who can be anxious around new people (and vacuums). We appreciated that greatly.
