"When I saw the owner throw my folded black sleeveless cocktail dress on the other side of the counter without a ticket, I should've wondered if I'd see it again. When I went to pick it up, it looked different, even under the plastic. As he rung me up, I lifted the plastic and found a v-neck sleeveless dress with a poofy skirt with a sash hanging down. My dress was a scoop- neck form fitting dress, no sash. The clerk insisted it was my dress. I insisted it wasn't my dress. He said he'd have to go through the entire inventory if that wasn't the dress. I said I'd be back. The 2nd time I went to pick up the dress, there was a different sleeveless black dress with my name on it. But this one was v-neck with gathered loose ruffles on the left and loose faux sash. The owner insisted pointedly that this was the same dress as last week and HAD to be mine. He let me look through the clothes rack, but my dress wasn't there. He told me to "try" the dress he was adamant was mine. I told him I'd never be back. I tried the dress, but it is too small. And I can't help but wonder whose it really is."

They will ruin your clothes or lose your clothes and make you feel like It's your fault. They take no accountability for their faulty actions unless you threaten to take legal action. SHAME ON YOU HAVENTOWN!..YOUR DAY WILL COME IN COURT! WARNING WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS DRY CLEANERS UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES BEING LOST OR RUINED!!!!"

"Wow is all I have to say. My experience with them was fantastic so professional and they take such great care of your clothes. I had brought originally 7 hats and a suit for dry clean at another store called martinizing and they destroyed my hats. I was shocked and upset. I asked Haventown if they could fix, clean and press my hats to make them look new again from the destruction from the competitors store and they said they would try. They did GREAT!!! My hats look new and I'm going now every time and only them. Thanks Haventown cleaners!!"

"I dropped off a suit with 2 shirts. I misplaced my receipt for awhile, but eventually found it. When I went to get my suit, they told me they got rid of it. they told me store policy was anything left longer than a year was disposed of. IT HAS NOT BEEN A YEAR!!! they said they called, but the person who wrote up bill had my name wrong, and my phone number wrong. Also found out they had my wifes name wrong, too. I have spoke to three different employees, all kept referring back to the year thing, but IT HAS NOT BEEN A YEAR!!! Owner was supposed to call me last Monday Or Tuesday. Still waiting.. Maybe a subpoena from small claims court will get his attention"
