"I routinely use the 24-hour Ziker facility on Jefferson. I was initially reluctant to do all the automated stuff, but there is nearly always a cheerful woman working there (I don't know her name) who is unfailingly helpful and instructive. I work weird hours, so it is nice to get my suits, slacks and shirts whenever I have time."

"To whom it may concern I'll bring a few items into zikers I guess unfortunately the machine did not ask me a certain question but do to whoever I spoke with did not ask me a certain question either my coat was not properly done overall a couple of items were done correctly but after speaking to a representative of zikers out of curiosity I wish that my coat was fixed and not just cleaned because I think due to the cleaning it damaged my coat even more"
