"First, I think it is important to note that these folks offer A LOT more than rug and upholstery cleaning. They are so skilled in all the services they provide! I have a handicapable pup that has some potty issues. So, the team comes out to clean my couch about once a year. They are always thorough, professional, tidy, and respectful of my pets and property. The receptionist on the phone is personable and thorough. The chemicals used do not affect my allergies and sinuses, which is especially important to me, and the team is always careful to ask if me or my pets have any sensitivities. I never feel like they are pushing add-on services or products, either. This is a real pet peeve of mine and, honestly, one of the biggest factors in my continuing to reach out to them for my annual couch cleaning. The one thing I would suggest is that they add a "menu" of services to the back of every invoice. It took me a long time to realize that they did more than carpet and upholstery cleaning, and I would have utilized other services sooner, had I known what was offered."

"The Master Care team was knowledgeable, professional, and showed care in every aspect of the process. They performed extensive cleaning at our home to remove marijuana smoke residue from the carpets, furniture, and walls from a guest who stayed there. It was a night and day difference from when they first arrived to when they finished. Great service, good value, and a family owned and operated local business. They clearly provided all the options and pricing without trying to oversell us, and we did the cleaning in phases in order to eliminate the cause of the odor and not waste any efforts.
