Hagopian 2 For 1 Rug Cleaning

"I took a second hand 9 x 13 hand-knotted wool rug to the Grand Rapids Hagopian store that was extremely dirty, pet stained and red (? wine )stained. I was told there was no guarantee that all the stains could be removed. I decided to see what could be done and I was AMAZED at the outcome. The rug was transported to the Detroit area plant to be cleaned. I payed for cleaning, sanitizing and chemical stain treatment. It was well worth the cost which I felt was reasonable, especially in light of the fabulous outcome! Communication with all the employees I dealt with (Colin at the Grand Rapids store & Brandon Stain removal Manager at the Detroit area plant ) was excellent. I have a rug that looks like a new rug! "I wish I’d take before and after photos because I don’t think words can do this justice. We have a large, white and gray, fairly high pile rug. With 5 kids and 2 dogs it may have been a questionable purchase but we really liked it. Needless to say from above information it needed to be cleaned before our daughter’s open house. We had it cleaned by a popular in home carpet cleaning service and it made no difference. After a searching for something different we found Hagopian and the results were shocking. Our rug looked like brand new. We live in Kalamazoo and they are about an hr from us but the drive was totally worth it. Highly recommended!
