"I guess when you are busy it gives you the right to be rude and unprofessional. Used this company for years to service our hot tub that we purchased new from them. They used to go out of their way to service any issues within a day or so. Now they are over two weeks out for service in November. Two weeks in a freezing climate would mean a solid block of ice for a hot tub that’s not heating. Similar issue happened over the summer. For this reason I can no longer recommend the Pool and Spa Doctors. I see they have a new company name Home Services, don’t be fooled it’s the same bad service from the same people."
