"Had water in my basement due to a sump pump failure. Rainbow Restoration responded quickly (on a Saturday) and installed fans and a heater to dry up the water. It was a multi day project and there were a number of employees arriving daily to review the progress. Everyone that I had contact with was professional and friendly and were very prompt when they said they would be arriving. Communication was outstanding! Good group of people, highly recommend!"

Mike and Juan were super personable working late into the evening to make sure the job was done right. "This place is amazing! We had a flood in our basement due to a faulty hose on our humidifier. Cheyenne came in quickly and very professionally and went through everything that was damaged by the water. She went above and beyond to make sure all of the correct people were called to continue the work beyond the content portion. When they came to get all non salvageable contents out, Cheyenne and Rodrick worked with diligence. I was confident with their work. They didn’t mind the fact that we have a dog, they were extremely friendly, and so beyond helpful. This company is extremely communicative & I wouldn’t have wanted to go through anyone else! "Due to a blocked pipe, we had sewage overflow into our house on Christmas night. Rainbow was there the next morning and in four days, removed the flooring, half the drywall, coordinated electrician and plumber and dried the whole place out. Very communicative, super friendly team. Could not be more impressed."

"Rainbow Restoration did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them. Communication was prompt and professional. Tyler was the main guy on the job who was sent to our home after the basement flood. He always called before they arrived to give me a heads up, they were arrived on time for the job and if there were any delays he would call and update me. He was kind and made our family feel comfortable. As well as Angel and Sam who also arrived with him at times. Trevor, one of the managers was also flexible and polite. There was another young tall guy with glasses who was very polite as well that came with Tyler many times but I cannot recall his name.
