"I had a great experience at Dykstra's and will definitely be back for future car maintenance. I had originally been scheduled for an appointment somewhere else but didn't care for their customer service, so a coworker recommended Dykstra's Byron Center to me. From my first phone call, they made everything very easy and were very friendly. I was unable to make the appointment on their website, but I called and listed all the things I needed done to my car (4-5 different items). The man on the other end of the phone listed and at the end of the call read back everything I had said. It was easy and quick to drop off my appointment in the morning. After their courtesy inspection, they called me to explain everything that was going on and their recommendations for repairs. They were very flexible and patient with me. I greatly appreciated their assistance and willingness to explain and answer all my questions since I know next to nothing about cars. They ended up flushing the transmission and brake fluid, and then replaced all of my brake pads and rotors. This was almost a week ago, and so far everything is working well, so I am very happy with their service. Based on my research and consulting other mechanics, for all the work they did their pricing was pretty reasonable. They did a great job and were very helpful, highly recommend!"
