My wife and I were traveling and my car started to make a sound like one of the bearings were going bad and they were the only shop in the area that didn't just say "sorry, I can't even look at your car until tomorrow". It turned out to be a 5 minute fix and we were able to get back to our trip without getting stuck for days. I cannot recommend them enough!!!"
"Nick is remarkable and I owe him an apology for taking so long to write this review. I had issues with my F-350 several times while working in area. Nick made time to "fit me in" and ALWAYS was methodical in his diagnosing the problem which insured successful repair. Unlike most shops (when during the initial call you immediately realize you're being "pre-programmed" for marginal service with fantastic fee - AND YOU SHOULD BE THANKFUL!!!) Nick explained his thoughts based on past experiences repairing diesels with my issue, his diagnosis process & the hrs for cost/pricing. To my surprise, he did more than what he promised- and for less (a lot less) than half what I was charged for the same issue in Wisconsin three weeks previous - without my vehicle sitting a week outside (& another inside the shop waiting) to be looked at - service Mgr knew I was out of town paying for rental car & hotel out of my own pocket... no, I can't say enough to express my gratitude for a job extremely well done & a businessman that has pride and integrity in his work. I have 8 cars & trucks at home in Texas. I was so pleased & impressed with the value, work and the way I was treated that I consider whether I can arrange work to allow bringing a particular vehicle on project so Nick can do the work!"
