"I brought in a leather coat on Nov 30 th of 2021 went back to get it on pick up date and was not there. They continue to give me lies and delay that they will look for the coat that the 3rd party they dropped coat off with to clean they would call them they said. Still kept giving me the run around have no coat still and it’s almost 30 days now. They are not even trying to accommodate me. They have horrible customer service nobody knows anything in that place when asked. The owner is never around to talk to and I will never ever go there again after being a long time customer. They will not get away with this and somehow accommodate me for the coat that I still do not have."
"Dropped off my winter coat (that I purchased at Burlington Coat Factory) to get cleaned, in October of 2020. They use a third party, they have mixed up the order, & given delay, after delay. Don't act like you are a bit upset about having to purchase a different winter coat you will be given excuses, & treated like you are in the wrong for feeling the way you do. My own personal, opinion, not a very, good way to treat a long time customer. I personally, still, hope to obtain my coat, & wish him well in all his future endeavors. Hard lesson learned."
