"I dropped off my king sz comforter Dec. 20th, 2023 and I didn’t get it back until Feb. 6th, 2024. I had to make 3 trips to this location, which is out of my way. I live between Grand Haven and Holland, but work on N.E. side of Holland. I first went in mid January to pick it up, it wasn’t there and they couldn’t locate it at the zeeland location, but said they would look into it and would give me a call. 3 weeks go by and I didn’t hear from them, so I called twice, no answer. I decide to go in person (2nd trip), I explained I was supposed to get a call but no one ever called. They looked around, then called other location, again nothing. They said they would look into it and call me. I finally got the call, and made my 3rd trip to collect my comforter. I didn’t even get a discount or an apology for all my troubles! The comforter was clean though, warranting the 3 star rating, because I wanted to give 1 star. I won’t use this Dry Cleaner again."
"Awesome service , honest workers . I took a suit to get dry cleaned I had not worn it I a year , picked up the suit when I arrived home I noticed there was a paper bag , there was $25 dollars, never would have known the money was in my suit ."
"Amazing service! They cleaned 60 marching uniforms in a only a few days after I got the runaround for months from another cleaners."
"I would give them zero stars if possible!!! She told me, after tshe ruined 2 of my cushions that she had said that she said that might happen, but she never had!! The One of the other seat cushions was completely bleached hed white, destroying all the colored patterns!!! Charged me $80 for 4 pillows after having them over a month!!!"
