"Unfortunately the service and order I placed for a funeral plant was absolutely awful. I ordered a 75.00 Peace Lily and a cheap green plant was sent instead. When trying to resolve the issue all I asked for was to pick up the correct plant which was originally agreed to. But now they expect me to contact the family to find who has the awful plant. I refuse to contact a grieving family to ask for the wrong plant. This experience by far is the worse I have ever had. I will never use this florist again and I will be sure to let everyone I know how awful this experience has been. I’m sorry I had to give them one star to write this review in my mind they don’t deserve any."
"I wanted to thank you for the absolutely beautiful flower arrangement you did for our Aunt’s funeral last week. One of her daughters sent us a picture of it. I can truthfully say the arrangement you sent was more lush and full than the picture we ordered off of. You are an exceptional florist. Thank you again."

"Never had much of an issue, bouquets always turned out nice and lasted upwards to two weeks which is why I’ve given them the 3 stars over the two I wanted too bc The valentines bouquet I ordered? Not so much, for how much I spent on it, the Lily’s wilted in a days time and the roses did the same within a week! Sad sad. Hopefully they can redeem themselves with the next order otherwise ill have to find a new florist!"
"My husband ordered roses for me this morning “Valentines Day”. (over $60) He get home from wok tonight thinking the flowers would have been delivered. To his surprise, no delivery. He called the shop and was told there out on delivery. About another 45 minutes passed and he called again and told the lady to just cancel the order. About 20 minutes later and a girl knocks on the door with the flowers. My husband answered the door, tells her he canceled the order and she says “oh cool” then walks away. I called the shop again and spoke with Julie, letting her know what horrible service we received. And to make sure my husband’s card is credited ASAP."
