"Fantastic service! Great job! We were moving into a new home and needed our carpet cleaned on a specific day and time...after the closing and before the movers. Mark was very helpful working with us to schedule during our limited time frame. Then we hit a major snag on closing day. Everything was delayed. Mark was super responsive and rearranged their schedule to get our carpet cleaned after our much delayed closing and before our next day move. We were so stressed due to the snafu in the closing. Mark was calm and reassuring that they’d get the job done...and they did! Our original carpet cleaning appointment was for 1pm...but the closing finally happened at 4pm! The tech showed up at 5:30pm!
