"Context: I had water damage in a chunk of my kitchen and living room. They had to remove all of the cabinets and a *large* chunk of the drywall for this job (maybe 20'x8'). These folks were absolutely great. Randy and Brian were SO easy to work with, very responsive, professional, and the friendliest guys in the world. Those were the big-wigs I worked with and they were amazing, but they don't deserve all the credit -- different Brian(?) and Adam were also amazing. The mudding guy... sorry I don't remember your name, but you did an awesome job, too! He knew his craft and paid great attention to detail. I'm dumb as a brick when it comes to this type of thing, but I was 100% confident when I told them to do whatever they think is the best choice, they would make it look good. They did NOT choose "What will get us the most money?" they went with what was best. The line-by-line itemization made it easy to see where your money is going. I'll be frank, $70 seems like a lot to disconnect a smoke detector so I did some of that myself, and yeah, something like $300 seems like a lot to repaint a ceiling, but the quality job they did and the "Sit back and relax" way they did it was 100% worth it. This company went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all so much. I cannot recommend them enough."
