"I would give zero stars if I could, but I have never been treated so poorly. My fiancé dropped off two dress shirts last Thursday 4/7, the lady working told him they would be ready Monday after 5. I come in Monday 4/11 after 5 and she explains to me that they did not make the truck and she didn’t have a reason why (it would of been really nice to receive a phone call stating that they weren’t going to be ready). I ask if there is anyway I could go pick them up from the location in spring lake even if they are not cleaned because my fiancé absolutely needed them Tuesday morning 4/12 for a work expo out of state and she explains they “probably” won’t have time to look for them because the warehouse has hundreds of shirts.. never even volunteered to call and ask if they could even try to look for them for me and just really has the look on her face like your out of luck. HIGHLY disappointed in her customer service seeing that I drove to spring lake myself even after she told me that they wouldn’t have time and it took the kind man 5 minutes to find the shirts for me so I appreciate his customer service in assisting me but I will NOT be returning to the North Muskegon location again."

"I recently brought in a white comforter along with my husband’s dirty ring around the collar and under arm stain shirts not expecting to see much difference at all in both of these items as they were in such poor condition. Much to my dismay, Plantenga’s completely proved me wrong. They were delivered back to me in as good of shape as when I bought them and all the stains completely removed! It was unbelievable and well worth the little bit of money I spent to have something brand new looking again."

"Very disappointed in my experience as a first time customer. I just moved here from Nashville and I dropped off my favorite coat (from Paris) that I had accidentally spilled some foundation on. I told them about the stain at drop off. When I picked up, they charged me $18 and they never mentioned the stain. I asked to look while still standing there and the stain was still there. I was surprised that this wasn’t addressed by them first. Explain to me what was done, if they can try again, etc. Terrible customer service. They offered to try again after I complained...but I’m not confident it was even attempted in the first place. I won’t be back. Waste of money."

"Plantenga’s Cleaners is conveniently located. Prices were fair cleaning the jackets I needed cleaned. They offer coupons periodically, so keep an eye appointment it for them. A word of advice, make time to take pictures of what you need cleaned. Then take time to look at the items when you get them back. I took in 8 jackets and 3 had spots that still needed cleaning and were pretty obvious. The 1 jacket that needed cleaning most came out best, so I was happy with that. I have added pictures so you can see the before and after results."
