"I used this company, booked back.in April. They have no professionalism, cleaners that show up 2 hours later than they should and the owner is abusive to his crew. When you Decided to call names, blame employees for your failures than you need to get into another business. Do not use them. If you want an amazing cleaning team let me know i have just the number. Also you are suppose to pay employees even after they quit. This is so unprofessional."

"Owner is incredibly unprofessional. Demanded we sign a year long contract, but took his time sending it back with any revisions. He would harass me at all hours about "not getting paid" when they would send incorrect invoices, incorrect bank information, and they were dealing with a corporation that takes longer than a week to turn around large invoices which he said would be fine. They also broke equipment, lost keys, and did not thoroughly clean. We had several instances with food left in the refrigerators, sheets and blankets not being changed, cobwebs in cabinets they said they cleaned, and not sweeping under furniture. He also tried to steal employees from our regular housekeeping staff after stressing to me that he would appreciate it if I did not do that to him. He was also constantly telling me in detail about his ailments. His employees were always complaining to me about not getting paid on time & how unprofessional he was with them. He also threatened me several times with legal action because of not getting paid "on time". He also had his employees confront me with any issues instead of himself and would have them record me without my knowledge. I found out when the employee mistakenly turned their phone so that I could see their screen. I was constantly being sent new, unqualified, untrained people and paying full price for them while having to go back and fix their mistakes and shortcomings myself."
