"I used this dry cleaner all summer mostly for dry cleaning and some pressing only. The cloths would periodically be returned with the spot still on the garment. When I asked to have it redone I was treated rudely and they even tried to charge me again for a redo. When it was done a second time the spots were gone. The pressing left a lot to be desired and again had to have a few items redone. A blouse and dress were returned with a button missing. They said they could not find the buttons however when I told them the bottom button on a full dress was there and I expected them to find it and sew it on or replace all the buttons it miraculously appeared and I was charged to have the buttons sewn back on. I asked for light starch in my blouse collars which came back stiff as cardboard. Again when I questioned the end results and was treated rudely when I questioned the owner (woman) that some had been done correctly she tried to tell me it was cheap cotton. A Dolce & Gabbana and Max Mara cotton blouse is not made with cheap cotton!!!! This cleaner has seen my business for the last time and I could not recommend it. Poor cleaning and horrible customer service at the counter. Don't waste your money here."
