"They did not clean up after themselves when they dropped muddy residue on the porch and decks. Also while cleaning the gutters they did not clean off the significant pine needles that were on the roof just behind the gutters and all those pine needles will now fall into the gutters. The charge was expensive and for that cost I would expect better service"

"These guys did a good job cleaning the windows, although I should have checked them ALL before they left. I would have asked that 2 be redone and had them install many screens correctly. Screens were upside down and not inside the rails that make them bug free. I’m giving them a 4 star because of that and the VERY expensive bill. I need my windows cleaned but cannot afford them every year."
