"Jeffs Glass in Gladstone… BEWARE……………………………..Very unprofessional. My son is having new windows installed and wrapped.. They come over and after 5 hours call it a day. Nothing is water sealed. The few windows that they TRIED to wrap . The measurements were all wrong and they tried to fix it with calk. They look horrible and given 50% of the total cost for everything . They call and want a payment and Was told that they will get the rest of the money after COMPLETION. That’s how it is 50% upfront and the rest of the money after completion of job.. Now they call and say they won’t come back and do Anything unless they get a payment. You can CLEARLY tell they are trying to screw this family over BIG Time. YOU call yourself professionals. The old windows looked better in then the so-called new windows that you guys installed and then try to doctor up because you’ve made so many mistakes and it looks horrible. With many phone calls back-and-forth to the boss every day all he keeps making is excuses this company needs to be called out for what they really are… He has all email correspondence, text messages, phone calls and nobody in that company knows what they’re doing not professional whatsoever so let’s see what’s next. Once the job is completed, they will get the remainder of the money owed, but the job has to be completed. There’s insulation sticking out of the windows there’s gaps there’s water leaking in for when they already wrapped some of them horrible, horrible job I do not recommend this company and by the looks of things, this is going to have to be taken a step further to be finished."
