"Would never use this company again. Not professional or trustworthy. Removed personal property from premises they were cleaning only to lose/destroy it. Was not given permission to remove the items and now refuses to pay for them. remove property an nowremoval and tone of the items removed was a moroccan antique bench. They will not pay for it"
"D & L was recommended by a friend to deep clean my empty house after previous owners vacated. I talked with Kaitlin who was extremely helpful and accommodating of getting this house on their schedule at a short notice. They were here two days deep cleaning the empty house along with all the extras I had added on to be cleaned (carpets, baseboards, walls, windows, etc.). After entering the home the morning after they were finished cleaning I was left completely dissatisfied with the quality of work that had been done. I called the company and again Kaitlin was accommodating and understanding and had someone meet me at the house to review the work that had been done. Once at the house with the employee I showed them what I was dissatisfied with and was reassured that the work that had been done was not to company standards and would be cleaned again the next day. Upon entering the house again after D & L had finished cleaning I was again left appalled with the quality of work that was done. When I went into the office to pay my bill (after not receiving a quote prior to work starting) I was blindside with an astronomically hight bill for the low quality work I would have been better off doing myself along with extra mileage that completely surpasses the amount reasonable to get to my location. I was left with no choice but to pay for the subpar cleaning of the house. I will never recommend this company for cleaning services."
