"Um… how many different words are there for AMAZING. I’m so glad we have a CLEAN and properly functioning laundromat. Every machine is brand new. This place is the opposite of the one on Egg Harbor Rd. That place literally makes me depressed. "Had two ladies suits dry cleaned...cost over 50.00....discovered 2nd jacket (hidden behine the other suit)was wrinkled around chest area after I got home....upon returning to discuss-was advised #1-its the lining...happens in OLDER SUITS when they wear out... I replied it wasnt old....well it depends on the quality...cheaper suits....it happens...I said it wasnt like this when I brought it in...short story-no discount or refund, basically said "we can try to press it but it will happen again you can call manufacturer...have a nice weekend".. NEVER AGAIN -EXPENSIVE OVERPRICED if they had shown me when I picked it up I would believe it! So much for supporting local business -nope-no doubt she doesnt want my "cheap clothes" in there anyway...."
"I have stopped in a few times in the past month or so, and Tanya is always very kind and helpful! I recently learned that they do more than dry cleaning and alterations. They have tux rentals (which I didn’t realize was an option anywhere in Sturgeon Bay) and even work with a cobbler out of Green Bay for leather repair. This worked out great for me, as I was able to get my purse strap fixed in addition to having one of my coats dry cleaned. I am very happy that DeJardin is here in Sturgeon Bay. One piece of advice: if you’re using a card, you will have to pay the processing fees, so I always make sure to have cash when I pick up my items."
