"There's a lady that is the notary and a librarian who is very mean to patrons. She is oftentimes over heard yelling at patrons or her kids while on the phone. she brags about how great she is and the fact that she is a mother is why she is nkt doing what ever she is asked.. wow. So, if a patron is swearing or yelling , she says nothing to them. Even when you tell her the noise level is too high, she yells at the person complaining. Its like that's normal to her, the loud caustic behavior is completely acceptable to her, because she is caustic. Edit to reflect yesterday's behavior of this librarian: she set the library up for a law suit. I've reached out the the director in email as the responder requested, but still no response. This woman could in fact be the director."
"Fantastic staff! So helpful! Especially the kind woman who is the notary. I was in a bind and she was so kind and helpful. Always have also had great service when trying to find books or resources. If only every place had this level of competence and kindness!"
