"The lady in the office was very unpleasant! went in and rang the bell because nobody was there, I waited almost 10 minutes before I walked upstairs where the office was during construction. she was at the top of the stairs, told her I rang the bell and waited and she just stared at me and then said what do you need. just the whole conversation she was rude. when I went in before I was given a list of all the paperwork I would need to take the home buyers class and today she said I didn't need it. she told me it was because I chose a different route. which I told her I was considering all options. so frustrated with how rude she was. she didn't even say good bye or have a nice day or anything."
