"CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! I booked Magic Shuttle Bus in Grand Rapids for my little sisters Bachelorette party and I will tell you right now I will only work with them from now on for party bus situations! Not only was the owner Matt so kind and easy to work with leading up to the trip and throughout the booking process, but he was also incredibly flexible when we last minute decided to have the bus take us to Saugatuck for the trip instead of our originally scheduled trip around Grand Rapids. I felt that the prices were more than fair and it was awesome to have the flexibility that if we wanted to change a location the day of, that we could do that. Secondly, one of the girls left her phone on the bus and when we called them to see if they had it, Matt called the driver of the bus that was now using it for a wedding at this point and then called me back immediately and said that they found it and that he would drop it off at our hotel for us! The bus was so clean inside -- new flooring, new sound system, LED lights, amazing AC and also came with a cooler and large trash can. I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you Matt and our bus driver Rayna for an awesome day!"
