"I started working with Renetta back in 2021 to plan our "bucket list" vacation to Amsterdam, Paris & London. We had to cancel & reschedule twice due to Covid restrictions but finally ended up going and it truly was a bucket list vacation! She was very knowledgeable and patient with any changes or requests and made it all happen. She was able to make recommendations on excursions/tours based on her own personal experiences which I appreciated. We were extremely pleased with 2 out of 3 of the hotels but they are addressing that and it will be resolved. She even handled booking our rail serves between countries. My husband and I travel alot and this was the first time in years I used a travel agency. I will definitely be using them again in the future"
"Debbie was a fantastic travel agent. She walked us through every step neeed for our Alaska cruise. Every question was answered and every problem solved. In fact we became so close our families will be sharing holidays. Just kidding but it was a good experience. Unfortunately I became ill before the cruise and Debbie was helpful about canceling the cruise and starting the insurance process. I would recommend her for all your travel needs"
"Danielle at Shelby Travel planned our entire honeymoon (3-night stay in Seattle and 7-day Alaskan cruise) and it was absolutely perfect! Not one detail missed from the flights, to the transportation from the airport to the hotel to the cruise ship and back again. She also planned, and was extremely knowledgeable, about the excursions during our cruise. We had the time of our lives thanks to Danielle! No way could we of done it without her knowledge and expertise. One of the owners there, Debbie, is fantastic as well!"
