"This location at 26 mile is a very nice large Kroger with a home department, clothes, shoes, larger than average supplement department, bakery, deli, and flower department...so thankful for this well kept store"

"Wow such bad experience with cashier, Carol, her night manager not good either. But thank God for Evon, he was so professional and great customer service. But Carol, not enough training unprofessional and bad customer service. I had a issue with my card but instead of trying to help me she replied you have no funds, move over to the bench and wait not even a child should be treated and talked to like that but a grown older person, shame on her. I do all my shopping there and spent so much money at that store. Management please train your cashier's to be nice and curious difference cards to know how to scan them the funds were there but she would not give me the chance I called"

"Carol the cashier is very rude. I have never witnessed something like that. She was so rude to a nice lady telling her you don't have the funds. She won't even help her check. Told her to go sit down like a little girl . I hope kroger address that. You have to provide a good customer service and at least go an extra step to help the customer which turned out She had the funds in the card carol."

"EMPTY shelves EVERYWHERE – But not due to the lack of product , its due to terrible use of resources ( employees ) by management . For example – You would think at a grocery store , management's priority would be to insure that the product is “ available “ and shelves are stocked - But not here - , they have more people filling online orders than those stocking the shelves ! --- Next time you are there- notice the ratio of people stocking VS. filling orders ....and how many empty shelves there are . The produce and meat departments are a complete joke – They are either empty , almost empty , or so picked thru - all you are left with is the worst of product - either from spoilage or items past expiration date - I’m retired , so I can shop anytime - yet these same problems are common throughout the day ------ To be clear , they are horrendous in the morning and early afternoon . I also recommend not shopping this Kroger on the first or- the last day of the weekly sale - as a good majority of the sale items are either out of stock ( last day ) , or haven't been put out yet (first day ) .... Monday mornings are also bad for shopping , in addition to the empty shelves , it’s a social fest among employees – IE: their time before the boss gets in I wont even get started on the “bottle neck “ at check out / self check out ... FWIW - Back in the day , I was a Store Manager at Farmer Jacks – so I speak with knowledge of the “ industry “ .... Its frustrating as 90 % of the problems I see are fixable—and it starts with having the RIGHT people --- From the store management down to the department head ."

"Absolutely gross! I have gone here daily after the gym and here is what I found: meat is close to expired or expired consistently and they won’t discount it until after the date. Fruit is frozen from last year Nothing is local as listed Pork tenderloin? I dare you to leave it in your fridge until the sell by date and open it. It smells like raw sewage. Employees? Well you could imagine if the product is that level. I tried going to the deli…lol really? Some very older lady took my name and said she will call over the speaker when she has time. This was my last visit to ANY kroger"
