"Went in to pay my simple mobile phone bill and the dude work there recommended me a lycamobile plan that is $60 for (three) months of unlimited data, call & text. After i gave him my info and he changed the carrier to lycamobile he told me that the plan was $60 for (one) month and $135 for three months and it’s not possible to stay on simple mobile line. I had to go back and forth for three days and the problem was never solved and I didn’t get my money back. The dude wasn’t rude but he didn’t know what he’s doing but honestly it was a Waste of time and money never coming back again"

"Bad experience we had !!! my spouse booked a ticket for her mother and due to covid19 issues she canceled so we decided to ask for a refund we was told we was getting back 300 usd from 1000 we paid. I don't understand why he took advantage of my spouse due to being a female. So be cautious ⚠️ if you book a ticket here ask what's the cancelation fees. Hopefully you won't be a victim if you want better services stick to. Fair sky travel agency. There are the best overall."
