"They way far from professional They were robbed you without a gun they charge for sand money way to much that’s for the service with using your ID And if u use Western Union the Paper will say 8 fee he will charge you 10 I don’t know why the extra 2 dollars come from and what make him keep doing that because no one is saying anything I called western union and they said he should only charge what’s the paper says and if I ask him why he don’t tell u the worker will tell u the owner tell me to and and that’s his son there is place just open M&M up the street from them they really good"
"Terrible phone etiquette. They picked up the phone and said hello, which I then asked if they were Zaid Travel. The response to my question was replied with "WHY?" I then asked again, " Is this a travel agency and then the person on the phone said yes. Finally I asked if they handled visa services and the reply was, "I dont know boss." I asked for a manager or supervisor and they explained there was none available and they can have them call me back if I left a number. What type of service are they providing if they can't even speak properly to potential customers?"
