"My family and i used to use this place frequently either for booking our flights or use their translation services. They used to be ok before, but now we felt like the quality of service has definitely declined. From the moment you call, you feel the annoyance on the other side. I personally have felt belittled and given an attitude over the phone, which is pretty hard to continue the conversation. Also, something else I've noticed, you will definitely get a different treatment and prices for services if u speak Albanian vs English only. I believe their excuse for rudeness is the fact that ppl will still go to them because they need their services, but honestly they are not worth the disrespect you will endure."

"There is no benefit to coming here, we paid more at World Traveltours for an economy ticket to Europe than it cost directly from Delta Airlines and the travel agent did not even bother to reserve our seats from DTW to AMS. Also, the travel agent did some type of trick by booking our ticket to a different ticket class which left us with a huge penalty if we wanted to change the return date on our ticket. The ticket class she assigned us came with a penalty of $500 per ticket to change the travel date, which is more than twice what Delta normally charges (I called Delta and verified their cancellation fee for an international flight is normally $200 when buying from them). They get a huge commission on our behalf by selling these ticket classes at normal prices and pocketing the profit."
