Situated between the beach towns of South Haven and Saugatuck, this midwestern paradise offers a peaceful sanctuary on the shores of Lake Michigan. Guests can enjoy a quick stroll to a sandy private community beach, as well as explore nearby vineyards, hike the Saugatuck Dunes, and experience spectacular nightly sunsets.
In the summer months, relax in the expansive yard with apple trees, a firepit, and a play structure for kids. In the fall, pick apples from the tree in the front yard or head to Crane’s for apple picking. During the winter, cozy up by the fire pit or electric fireplace after a day of skiing at nearby resorts.
The elegant interior of Appy Place features large windows, wainscoting, and modern amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen, electric fireplace, and smart TVs in three of the four bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor deck, screened porch, and loft with foosball.
