"This was my second time using Signal travel. For a 60th birthday we booked a Disneyworld vacation.. We made plans to have lunch at Cinderellas castle. Tanja made our reservations 3 months in advance. When we arrived for our lunch reservation we were told we did NOT have a reservation. After checking we were told our reservation was at another location, which was at the opposite end of the park!! Not easy for a 75 year old to run to!! Very disappointing!! When I sent her an email to let her know she never responded to say she was sorry for the mix up! A response would have been nice!!"
