"ZERO STARS. Kept getting the “I will call you back with an answer” days would go by and never got a call back. Happened every time I called. Got pregnant and had to cancel our trip so we received a voucher and was told it would be no issue to extend our toucher since we were having a baby. Called to extend our voucher and of course they wouldn’t extend it. So we are out a lot of money."
"It was like “ pulling teeth” to get anything done. The agent had excuse after excuse. I had to “ push her” to get anything accomplished. The agent, Jamie, would say she would get back to me at a certain time and never would. Never added the meal plan after talking to her about it numerous times. Although I was not charged, I had repeated requests. One time an E mail was sent and she said I would have the tickets “ a few minutes later.” The day we left for our trip I had to call and go down and get my tickets. I won’t use her again. I like people who “ get the job done.” I will say that she had tried to have a positive attitude. I felt like my own agent. I could of saved myself money and time and gotten it done quicker. Will definitely use someone else next time."
