"Arrived at 4:30am for a 5:00am appointment. Gentleman at the guard shack said you can check in 1hr before your appointment up to 30 minutes after your appointment. I was given a door quickly. Slide tandems to the rear and back into your door. Walk down to the door after 46, ring bell and they will come get your paperwork. Why they are done they will bring your bills to you. Very courteous and friendly guy."

"I was late for my appointment because of misinformation but they took me right in. Was there less than two hours to unload. The security guys were cool. Dock personnel were cool. No issues for me. Thx."

"First time here ..luckily everything goes smooth ..deliver in 45 mins ..guard is awesome and professional..window time preferred..lumper fee yes ..don’t move from dock until you got papers ..busy place so it’s hit or miss ..try your luck ..unloading fast sometimes take time for counting ..i96 to Novi rd exit ..pass grand river rd and top of bridge turn right to gen mar rd then go left toward dead-end cvs dc on your right ( wide turn)..no overnight"
