I have been very happy with Linnell & Associates, specifically Dakota who helped us navigate a difficult situation after we purchased our home which had many issues not disclosed to us. The only reason I'm not providing 5 stars is because we did have to do a lot of the follow up ourselves and be proactive to email the assistants (not Dakota) to get the ball rolling on the legal action we took. Everyone was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. When we did email we got quick responses but again, just had to take initiative to follow up ourselves. I think this is something we should have been doing anyhow as it's our case and they work on many. At the end of the day Dakota presented us with all our options and was supportive of whatever path we chose. He made sure we had all the information needed so my husband and I could make an informed decision."
