"I wouldn’t recommend David Dart to my worst enemy! It is VERY obvious that he ONLY cares about money and as soon as you pay him, good luck getting him to answer or respond to texts/emails/calls! Once he collected his $2,500 retainer, he basically ghosted me. I did 90% of the work and he had the audacity to ask for more money to proceed even though he only participated in one 15 minute zoom call that I wasn’t even a part of, nor did he inform me of anything that happened during the meeting! He must love his own voice because he doesn’t let you get one word in. He’ll promise you the world and come back with a proposal that makes you think he’s the other parties’ attorney. The best part of the whole experience was hiring my new attorney…. She got me everything I wanted and then some! Stress free and resolved in less than a week! David may as well be a thief because all he did was take money for doing NOTHING!"
