"Was not greeted upon entering store. Waited patiently for the cashier to finish checking out the person in front of me. Once done, the cashier took the next person in line behind me. That's the simplest way lose business. Cashier (owner? old guy) requires additional training to be floor ready. I'll go to wild bill's tobacco. Thanks."

"This place rips people off. Tried to exchange a Breeze vape that didn't work. Was told "this happens all the time" and then refused an exchange. Was accused of "bringing in a dead one" when they blink when they're dead. This one did not blink or anything. This is after I've spent at least $1100 there in approximately a 3 month span. They no longer receive my business and I encourage anyone who reads this to avoid this predatory business at all costs."
