"Don’t shop here terrible customer service. Bought a vape and it stopped working the next day. I tried to exchange it or get a refund and the owner wouldn’t help me and said “I don’t care if you give me a bad review I get bad reviews all the time”. If you ask me that says terrible customer service and admits he doesn’t run his store very good. He also said any store around there won’t let you return vapes after purchase which is a lie I went to a vape store down the street and asked them what the policy is for them and they said they would exchange it or give you a return within 48 hours if something goes wrong with the vape. Then he proceeds to write me back an email saying he would have returned it if it was within two days. I came back to his store within the 48hr mark (I have the receipt and exact time I came and bought it and the exact time I went back for a return) and he still wouldn’t return and told me in the store he doesn’t do returns at all so he lied completely in his email and to my face. Do not buy from here!!"

Called a few other shops in general area and didn't really try to help me out with what I needed but this store made it easy quick to get what I needed and was even using the mod as well. Also showed me in detail how it works which doesn't happen often. Good vibes!!!!"
