"Our pool was in dire need of a new liner. We have been calling places for awhile trying to get a company to take care of us. Due to the fact our stairs were lined, we were having a very hard time. Even the company that installed the pool wouldn't help us. Sirena embraced the challenge, and accepted us as a client. They restored the stairs so they would no longer need to be lined and did a beautiful job with our liner installation. It's like we have a brand new pool! The workers were courteous and efficient. They left no mess behind. 10/10 would recommend."
"They did an excellent job on our pool install. Any issues were very minor and quickly resolved. I would give a few words of advice, putting an in ground pool is a big project. All the stakeholders have to be on the same page and coordination is key. I was luck enough to have a friend act as my general contractor."
"Had a pool and concrete installed through them. Steps were placed on the wrong side, one of the lights was placed on the wrong side, the stamped concrete was two different colors, all of our equipment needed to be replaced painfully one at a time and the customer service to do that was horrible! The install was pretty smooth, except for the things that were done wrong. But the real frustration came when we needed the support the following year and nothing worked and we weren’t allowed to talk to the owner anymore. We also couldn’t get anyone out to fix the problems or knew what they were doing. We just got sassy attitude and hours of headaches trying to fix our brand new pool! Stay away! Go with someone who will help you and follow through on the relationship, it’s soooooo important!"
"TorresWorks stepped into a horribly failed install by my original contractor last summer. We basically had to start over(long story for another review). Torres came in and completely turned things around. Excellent attention to detail and their crew had an old school work ethic. The owner Pete was on site often to work and check progress.
