"I have been shopping here for a year and a half for my smoking needs I asked the manager several months ago back in December to order me some incense , oh sure no problem.. never did it then they changed managers five times each manager making the same promise no problem I'll order those right away for you . District manager oh I can't believe this ,I'll order those right away for you , two months later sorry sir we can't order them they're out of stock lol yeah six months later I'm sure that are . I'll never shop there again . Horrible customer service , then of course when you've had enough, you're the bad guy for being upset. you want cheaper smokes than this smoke shop hit the gas station on the corner literally a Dollar cheaper than a friken smoke shop ."
"Closing time online and on door says 9pm. I showed up at 8:40 and the place looked dark but I tried the door anyway. It opened and I set off an alarm. Idk where everyone was at or why the door would be unlocked but it kinda sucked cause I wanted to pick something up."
"Would give 0 stars if I could. The manager of the store was very rude and was yelling at someone on the phone before I even made it in the store. She was short with me when answering my questions. After leaving to get my nails done I could see from in the nail shop that she was not in the store for well over 3hrs instead she was sitting in a car out front. When leaving I noticed that she was smoking pot with a guy in the car and someone that had just left informed me that she had her kid in the shop while she was out smoking. Extremely unprofessional and prices are high and quality low. I do not recommend and will not be back."
"Great store! They have every piece or accessory anybody would ever need. Great selection of candles and incense/white sage too, which ya don't see a lot of. Vape juices, CBD, Kratom, you name it. Go check em out!"
