"Everytime Walgreens runs a BOGO either free or 1/2 off (example vitamins) they never supply any. Sure, one bottle of one kind and one of another that they won't honor. This happens at the 11 mile and John R store everytime. So even though the 13 mile and Ryan store is a bit out of my way I'll go there from now on. Plus there cleaner. Herb, one of the associates is ALWAYS kind, funny, helpful and puts a smile on everyone face he interacts with. A valuable employee who is in my opinion undervalued."

"Two mistakes happen with my daughter proscription , first they forgot to put the nasal spray while it’s on them system & forced me to drive 25 minutes back to them pharmacy . Then with the antibiotic syrup they forgot to add the measuring tube and cos of that measuring where all wrong Act more professional"

"Going for a routine Covid test, I find myself uncomfortable with Walgreens protocol. First, it was a 35 minute wait in the drive thru, priority seems to be to serve all inside customers first. The swab was placed in a yellow tote bucket, the seal on the swab package already broken open. When finished, you place the used swab back in its package and the package alone in the yellow tote. There seems to be a high degree of possibility for cross contamination. CVS in my experience has been more consistent with having the contents sealed, in ziplocks and one way work flow for processing with no possibility for contamination. Why are you opening the cotton swab Walgreens? On the positive, the ID-Now test seems to be getting results within an hour or so for my two experiences so far at this location. This is fantastic!"

"Staff and Pharmacist are very rude, I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a prescription that they couldn’t find after sending me a text saying it was ready for pick up, and then told me it would take 3 days to refill it, and this is not the first time I had a issue with this pharmacy, I could go on and on about their horrible customer service. I have since changed pharmacies, the one on 16 and John R cares about their customers!!!"
