"This pharmacy is by far the worst cvs pharmacy I have ever been to. I dropped off my script but the pharmacist Sam said it was 2 days ealry so he said he would hold onto it and have it ready for me on the 24th. Well when I came to pick up my script they said they had nothing for me, Sam the pharmacist said "I handed it back to you we dont have it" I explained the situation and the conversation we had 2 days ago and he then said "we dont hold scripts " I then started crying and told him him needs to look for it. Does anyone want to take a guess why my script was? Right on the keyboard of their computer!!!! R u kidding me ? First of all it could of gotten lost, second Sam the pharmacist lied to my saying he remember handing me my script back. I did get my prescription finally after going through all of that and this is not the first time I have had issues with this pharmacy. Never will I go to this pharmacy ever again !!!!!"
"I’ve been a customer at this store for several years, however the customer service has went downhill rapidly!! I’m searching for a new pharmacy due to the staff being so impersonal. I just went through the drive-thru and they didn’t even open the window or talk through the speaker. She just spoke loudly with the window closed. She didn’t know how to work the register and didn’t speak very good English. I’m so disappointed being that they are conveniently located near my house."
