"Good cost"
"This location has a very hard time processing refills. One of my medications has been hard to get, so they sold me a month supply and said to pickup the remaining 2 month supply when it comes in (i.e. partial refill of a 3 month prescription). Now they want me to pay for the remaining 2 months, 1 month at a time, making me pay 3x the cost of a 90 month supply. I argued with them for 30 minutes, they blamed the insurance company when the fault was absolutely how they handled it. Walgreens West Bloomfield had zero issues, but this locations pharmacy has difficulty doing their job. Auto refills don’t always go thru either. And their system is setup to send text msgs…nope, that doesn’t work either."
