"Good friendly staff"

"The pharmacist at this location needs to have their license revoked immediately. My doctor prescribed some pain killers after my dental surgery and had to send my prescription over to this pharmacy since CVS was out of the prescribed meds. After waiting almost half day for them to update my account, I get told I need to call them since there is an issue with them processing the RX. On the call I was told they can’t process it since my doctor is not enrolled within the MI health plan. I explained to her that I’m aware he’s out of network and a private practice and that I usually pay cash for my meds. She refused to understand and requested me to go and find myself a doctor that is enrolled with my insurance and have them send over a script for me so they can give me my medications. How do you tell a patient to participate in FRAUDULENT activity. I had to repeat what she told me back to her just to make sure I’m not crazy. I wish I had wrote down the girls name that answered me. Cause she needs to get fired and if that’s what the pharmacist taught them they both are scamming the system. Not to mention I was in pain and had to ease my pain with Tylenol two days for now and counting."

"I got to the pharmacy drive-thru and pressed the call button. I thought maybe I didn't fully press it the first time so I pressed it again. Nobody came to the window, but I could see them inside. I waited for what felt like 15 minutes while cars were lining up behind me and leaving. All the while I was complaining on the phone talking about how I was going to call their boss. When the woman did show up at the window she noticed that my dad was allergic to a certain medicine and the medicine that she was about to hand over could possibly cause an allergic reaction. I was on the phone with my parents going back and forth on whether we wanted the medicine or not. Ultimately, my dad wanted to take it. They took their time with me, and they did not show any frustration even though it was a frustrating situation. Therefore, they redeemed themselves. I take away one star because it would have been more professional for them to acknowledge the fact that I was there while I was waiting. Other than that, they calmed the beast that was emerging."

"Today Nov 19, 2022 W. Warren Ave, Dearborn. Arabic pharmacist. Service is horrible, unprofessional and no respect. Pharmacist and team talk with no respect , especially the Pharmacist and not helpful. Not the fist time. My mom went to pick up the inhaler for my dad, she was told that she needed to pay $100.00 for the inhaler since it was not fully covered by the insurance. She decided not to get it becuase she wanted to ask before. Then I went back around 3:30pm and dropped off the caugh med script and dropped off the inhaler script at 4:15pm. I went to pick up the meds at 5:45pm before closes at 6:00 First I was told I'm doing meds from yesterday and behind , then tells me it's no guarantee it's going to be $100.00 it changed since your info was erased the first time and we didn't say 100.00, don't know where you got $100.00 from. He accused me off lieing and making things up. Then said it's going to be $208.00 for the difference from 100.00 the first time to $208.00 chanced within few hours, "Stock marked went up"! Then tells me you want to the scripts back, I said give me the caugh med, he said we don't have it we ran out. He just didn't want to serve me. Him and his team always attitude when he's in charge. The service is not appropriated what so ever. Always slow and behind."
